The pedagogical preparation model, in B-learning format, is based on a modular logic that enhances the interventions of each student. Over 3 face-to-day sessions (3 Saturdays) and 17 pre-recorded E-learning sessions of 4 hours each, the trainee can participate at their own pace by accessing the recordings.
The face-to-face sessions will be held on November 9 and 30, and December 14, 2019. The first will aim to present and clarify all the principles that will be adopted during the operation, including those related to the teaching platform, as well as addressing the main concepts of project initiation and planning. In the second classroom session will be revisited the nine areas of knowledge addressed in the sessions meanwhile held in recording and E-learning format and clarified all doubts. In the last presential session, the area of knowledge related to Integration will be reviewed, with a large space reserved for discussion and closing of the remaining issues.
The 17 pre-recorded sessions that will take place between November 12th and December 18th will take place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and will cover the processes of each area of knowledge of the PMBOK® Guide. The best way to achieve the right answers is discussed.
The video conference sessions take place every week, on Fridays from November 15th to December 13th, and aim to review the pre-recorded subjects, with the presence of one of the 1stOnly Talent® trainers to coordinate the discussion on the week and indicate points for improvement and work. Although it is possible to follow these sessions also through the recordings, we recommend that trainees aim to attend this weekly meeting.

Fernando Torre has a degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics of Porto, a postgraduate degree in Taxation from ISAG and a postgraduate degree in Business Management from Porto Business School, the University of Porto Business School and is a teaching teacher at the Higher Institute of Economics and Management (ISEG) of Lisbon.
