PMI Pulse Executive Sponsor Engagement-1The research carried out by PMI, for the second consecutive year, shows that the existence of executive sponsors who actively participate in organizations is very important to the success of the projects. However, and according to the same research, projects and programs with executive sponsors are less than two-thirds, concluding that most organizations do not recognize its importance. This leads to a significant loss to organizations and therefore the PMI, with this report, points simple and effective solutions to address this problem.
