PRESENTATION
The professional certifications of business analysts, especially the PMI-PBASM – PMI Professional in Business Analysis and CCBA® – Certification of Competency in Business Analysis, promoted, respectively, by PMI® – Project Management Institute and the IIBA® – International Institute of Business Analysis, are key factors for personal and professional development of those professionals and translate themselves into improved results of their organizations.
This course is especially designed for professionals who want to prepare quickly and efficiently to perform successfully any of these certification exams.

Instructor(s)

:: José Miguel Vieira, PMP

Independent consultant and 1stOnly Talents trainer. He was a director of several systems and information and communication technologies organizations, specialized in information systems management implementation in organizations of all kind. With over 15 years of project management experience, he is a consultant and trainer in different areas of business, particularly in industry and public administration. He’s also a teacher in vocational education and director of several computer courses.
José Miguel Vieira holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Minho, a graduate degree in Project Management from ISLA and he has PMP® certification since 2005. He is PMI Portugal Chapters Vice-President Finance and Marketing.
